In recent times, the youths of Nigerian society had received KNOCKS from the ELDERLY for the social malaise that has bedevilled the nation. The situation is so worrisome that one continues to wonder whether this segment of the society are just being TRANSPORTED from another place to have a sojourn in this place. Indolence, certificate racketeering, kidnapping (both for RANSOME and for RITUALS), hypocrisy, arrogance, disobedience to constituent authorities, embezzlement of public funds, general violent behaviors and many more are some of the SINS being committed by the youths; while the elderly are ANGELS living in a well-segmented portion of the society. However, methinks that that the foregoing is farther from the truth. We, those of us who witnessed the situation before the OIL DOOM era of the 1970s, are to be blamed for the general NORMLESSNESS of the Nigerian society. As community leaders, religious leaders, leaders in educational institutions, parents of grown-up children we tend to give the impression that TIMES are changing and we must CHANGE with time. Consequently, we are not transmitting the RIGHT TYPE OF VALUES to the younger generation. The Pentecostal circle that would have come to the rescue are actually offering the GOSPEL OF MY LORD FOR SALE! Recently, BENNY HINN, left this GAIN IS GODLINESS camp in order for him to FULLY concentrate on the JOB Jesus Christ. The Nigerian Christian leaders are busy competing for who will be the MOST RICHEST WOLI (prophet) in poverty-ridden Sub-Saharan Africa! The youths are not dosing. They have had enough PRECEPTS. This is the time to WAKE UP and stop pretending as if ALL IS WELL!
